AI Services
Practical artificial intelligence that works alongside the tools you already use. From Microsoft Copilot rollouts to AI-powered security monitoring, we help mid-market organizations adopt AI safely, productively, and with a clear return on investment.
Real Business Value from AI, Not Hype
Artificial intelligence is no longer experimental. It is in the productivity tools your team already uses, in the security platforms protecting your network, and in the cloud services running your business. The question is not whether to adopt AI, but how to do it deliberately, securely, and with a clear return on the investment.
Hayashi Technology Solutions helps you adopt AI the same way we help you adopt any other technology: assess what fits, deploy what works, govern what is sensitive, and measure what matters. No shiny demos, no rushed pilots, no vendor lock-in surprises.
What Is Included
Microsoft Copilot for M365
Plan, license, and deploy Microsoft Copilot across your organization. Includes the prerequisite cleanup most companies skip—permissions, sensitivity labeling, and data retention—plus user training and governance guardrails so Copilot surfaces information only to people who should see it.
AI-Powered Security Monitoring
Modern attacks evade signature-based tools. We layer AI-driven endpoint detection, behavior analytics, and anomaly monitoring into your security stack so credential theft, lateral movement, and unusual access patterns are caught and contained quickly.
Intelligent Help Desk Automation
AI agents and assisted ticketing reduce response times for routine requests, freeing your team to focus on the work that needs a human. Includes password resets, common how-to questions, and first-line triage that escalates the right issues to the right people.
AI Readiness Assessment
A focused, fixed-fee engagement that maps your current environment, identifies the highest-value AI use cases for your business, surfaces the data and security gaps that have to close first, and delivers a phased roadmap with realistic cost and effort estimates.
AI Infrastructure and Cloud
Right-sized compute, storage, and networking for AI workloads—whether you are running inference on existing data, evaluating a private model, or integrating Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock into your business processes.
Where AI Pays Off for Mid-Market Organizations
- Hours back each week for knowledge workers using Copilot in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Faster, more accurate first responses to internal IT requests
- Earlier detection of credential-theft and lateral-movement attacks
- Documentation, meeting notes, and reports drafted in minutes instead of hours
- Smarter triage of customer messages, calls, and emails
- A clear, governed path forward instead of one-off departmental experiments
Our Approach
1. Assess
Inventory current tooling, data, and security posture, then identify the AI use cases with the strongest fit and return.
2. Pilot
Run a small, time-boxed pilot with a real team. Measure productivity, accuracy, and user adoption before going wider.
3. Train
Equip employees with practical, role-specific training so the tools are actually used, not ignored.
4. Deploy
Roll out at the right pace with governance, permissions, and data-protection controls in place from day one.
5. Measure
Quantify the impact, refine what works, and retire what does not. AI initiatives are reviewed like any other operational program.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do we need to be on Microsoft 365 to use Copilot?
Copilot for M365 requires Microsoft 365 Business Standard, Business Premium, or one of the enterprise plans, plus a Copilot license per user. If you are not on a qualifying plan, we will scope the upgrade as part of the rollout.
Will AI tools expose data that should be private?
Only if governance is skipped. Before any AI rollout we review permissions, sensitivity labeling, and data retention so Copilot or any other tool returns information only to the people allowed to see it.
How long does a Copilot rollout take?
Small environments can be production-ready in two to four weeks once prerequisites are in place. Larger environments and those that need a Microsoft 365 permissions cleanup typically run six to ten weeks. We confirm the timeline after the AI Readiness Assessment.
Is our data used to train the AI vendor models?
Not with the platforms we deploy. Microsoft Copilot for M365 and the Azure OpenAI service we use both contractually keep customer data out of model training. We confirm this in writing before any contract is signed.
What if we are not ready for a full rollout?
Most organizations are not. That is what the AI Readiness Assessment is for: a small, fixed-fee engagement that gives you a clear plan and lets you start where the value is highest, not where a vendor demo started.
